Dion Camp-Sanders

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dion Camp-Sanders is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Edison. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, defining the company's suite of project development and consulting services, and establishing key partnerships with technology and service providers, project financiers, and investors.

Prior to Pacific Edison, Dion spent nearly 3 years at VC-backed NextAction Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President, New Media and spearheaded strategic partnerships with leading online media companies such as Quantcast.com, Revenue Science, Connexus, and BlueKai.com.

Prior to NextAction, Dion spent 5 years at Ticketmaster and its parent company, IAC/InterActiveCorp (“IAC”), in senior-level corporate development, strategy and business development positions where he was promoted 4 times. Most recently, Dion was Senior Vice President for Entertainment Publications Inc. (“EPI”), a business unit of IAC. In that role, Dion launched the company's online subscription business and grew it from inception to over $21 million in revenue in just 2 years. Before being promoted to SVP, Dion served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy for EPI where he established key relationships with First Data, Visa, MasterCard, and others.

Prior to joining EPI, Dion served as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Ticketmaster. In that role, he closed multi-million dollar deals with Expedia and Hotels.com, and managed the company's strategic alliances with AOL, MSN, and Yahoo. Dion performed due diligence in support of the company's $360 million acquisition of Entertainment Publications. He also led business development efforts for Citysearch and Evite.com, and worked on other M&A transactions.

Dion attended Stanford University where he played running back on a Pac 10 Championship team coached by NFL Hall of Fame Legend, Bill Walsh. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was starting running back on the most successful football team in university history, which won back-to-back Ivy League Championships and an NCAA-record 24 consecutive games. Dion earned a J.D. from the Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business & Management. He serves on the Climate Committee of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE). Dion lives in Santa Monica, CA with his wife Marian and daughter Chloe.

Michael Stember

Managing Director

Michael Stember is the Managing Director of Pacific Edison. In this role, he is responsible for developing large-scale solar energy and LED lighting projects on behalf of commercial, industrial, and municipal property owners. Michael also oversees many of Pacific Edison's strategic relationships with LED lighting manufacturers and other emerging renewable technology companies that specialize in wind, biomass, fuel cell, and LEED certified building products and services.

Prior to joining Pacific Edison, Michael spent nearly 2 years at Solar Power, Inc. (SPI) where he served as an energy consultant and strategic accounts representative. While at SPI, Michael led the sales effort to bring solar energy to Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), a leading company in the live entertainment industry. Michael helped develop a 512 kilowatt solar project that was installed on the rooftops of AEG's Staples Center and Nokia Theatre LA Live in October 2008, representing the largest entertainment venue solar project in U.S. history, which was lauded by Governor Schwartznegger as one of California's trophy solar projects.

Prior to entering the solar industry, Michael served as a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International in the Sacramento Regional Office, focusing on land and retail investments and leasing. He was recruited out of brokerage by Catlin Properties, a regional real estate developer, where he focused on developing shopping centers and mixed use properties.

Michael attended Stanford University after receiving the Gatorade National Player of the Year award while running track for Jesuit High School. At Stanford, Michael was captain of the Men's Track Team, where he broke 4 school records and helped Stanford win its first National Track and Field Championship in 66 years. Michael went on to compete in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games as the fastest time qualifier in the 1500 Meters for the United States Olympic Team.

Michael lives in Malibu, California and remains active in the running community as a coach and a mentor. Michael serves on the School Board of the American Indian Public Charter School (AIPCS) located in Oakland, CA. AIPCS serves inner city students (98% minority) from the 5th grade to the 12th grade, and received the State Of California's top school in 2009, based on National Math and English Literature Test Scores.

Cathy Felling

Senior Consultant

Cathy Felling joined Pacific Edison as a Senior Consultant in 2008. In this role, Cathy is responsible for selling the company's solar project development and consulting solutions and establishing client relationships with entertainment venues and attractions that she has cultivated over her 20+ year career in the live entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Pacific Edison, Cathy served as Ticketmaster's Executive Vice President, Western Region where she oversaw a P&L worth over $170 million annual revenue to Ticketmaster. In that position, Cathy oversaw the day to day operations of Ticketmaster's nine western region offices and clients and was instrumental in the development of new strategic alliances and business ventures. Her territory included New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Utah and Montana. Cathy managed Ticketmaster's key clients in the region such as the LA Dodgers, LA Lakers, Staples Center (Los Angeles), Pepsi Center (Colorado), and Invesco Field at Mile High (Home of the NFL's Denver Broncos).

A 22-year Ticketmaster veteran, Cathy also served as General Manager for Colorado and New Mexico where she oversaw all aspects of the Ticketmaster operations for the Rocky Mountain Region. Previous to that post, Cathy held several key Ticketmaster positions including Executive Director of Ticketmaster's Texas operations and General Manager of Ticketmaster's Miami office.

Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Cathy and her husband Gene have three children Christine, Carolynn and Brian.
