Pacific Edisons develops a solar system customized to meet your needs.

Ancillary Revenue and Savings Opportunities

As your solar consultant, Pacific Edison also helps you evaluate and take advantage of alternative and ancillary revenue or savings opportunities that may be available

Rental Revenue:  In certain geographic areas, clients may be able to earn incremental rental revenue from leasing rooftop space to third party solar system owners as an alternative to entering into a PPA or making a capital purchase of a solar system.

Corporate Sponsorship:  Pacific Edison can help you create and implement “green sponsorship packages” that enable your sponsors to receive highly visible promotion and signage in and around your venue or property as well as media buzz and community recognition for helping your venue to adopt solar and go green.

Premium Parking:  Solar parking arrays provide vehicles with shade and shelter from the elements.  When installed in parking areas within close proximity to entrances, solar parking arrays can enable entertainment venues and attractions to generate incremental revenue from charging customers a premium for the privilege of VIP covered parking.

Electric Vehicle Re-charging:  Solar parking arrays are pre-configured to support re-charging of plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles.  Pacific Edison can facilitate the placement and installation of re-charging infrastructure that can be connected to the solar parking arrays.  The re-charging spots generate incremental revenue for you and an added benefit for your customers.

Other Green Practices:  In addition to solar project development services, Pacific Edison can also match clients with qualified providers of energy efficiency services such as lighting retrofits, recycling and waste reduction programs, water conservation programs, and bio-degradable utensils and containers.
